Starting to harvest oyster mushrooms Iām growing. I think theyāre king oyster mushrooms but am not 100% on the specific variety. And no, theyāre not hallucinogenic. I diced one up yesterday on a pizza.

I have shiitake I just started last weekend. I plan mini air fried shiitake pizzas and soup too.
