@poemblaze I gave up sugar a year and a half ago - in every shape and form. Carbs too, except those in veggies. Lost 6 stone, and never looked back!
@homebird I love my carbs too much. But I have mostly eliminated sugar.
@poemblaze Funny thing is, once you go without carbs for a time, you don't miss them, and you feel the "rush" when you do give in.

@poemblaze different kind of sugar - fructose in tiny doses is fine, and if you keep the sugar extremely low, the fat won't turn to body fat, because the body has to have something to burn.
