@Tee_Lynn Everyone is different and guidelines should be tailored to individual needs. There are resources and programs to support healthy eating, physical therapy is helpful when one has decreased mobility and most insurances cover it, my mom has had therapy services twice this year and is low income. As for January 2025, I can't speak on that and that was likely not considered in developing these guidelines. If anyone needs, I can help find your local and federal resources.
