I believe Trump is setting up a diminished capacity defense by his verbal outbursts and loony toon babbling about running against Obama. To garner more sympathy from his followers to overthrow the government if he is convicted before he is sent to jail. What say ye?

Could be, but in most states winning a diminished capacity defense doesn't mean you get to go home. You don't go to jail, but you do go to a mental health facility.
After all the jaul sentences coming out of Jan 6, I'd be surprised if he could get enough followers willing to overthrow a shopping mall

However, although 99.9% of the RCon klan are certifiably INSANE I think they have no tolerance for people they believe are truly Mental, this might be a way out gracefully (lack of a better term) to end their support for him, they can always fall back on the swamp (Deep State) or the democrats drove him over the edge,
