The Times did not make presidential endorsements from 1976 through 2004 but resumed the practice in 2008 and endorsed Democrats in the past four elections.

FYI, this district - PA7 - was identified as a presidential bellwether by Larry Sabato , having voted for the Electoral College winner in the past four presidential elections as of 2020.

If she’s up 3-4 there, Pennsylvania looks really good.
