just to give some insight into how hectic amnesia walls can be; we've spent the last week and a half beating ourselves up about not 'doing' anything for like 2 months when the reality is that we completely changed distributors for the record label (re uploading 5 releases, changing back end) released a comic, patches and pins on PHDM, mastered and released another new EP as well as a 2nd one for next month and spent a month of that unable to walk, stand or sit with a back injury. #forgot

So we made these to help ourselves with keeping track of self care things despite the memory/amnesia and switching issues we have. Pretty happy with them (and the younger ones love them). Made blue and green 'template' ones for others and probably put them on the site as free download to print-your-own. Might offer printed/laminated/custom versions for sale if people want them but either way they're super useful for us and feel good about achieving something today ❤️ #cosoart #cosodesign #phdm

what a clusterfuck of a month. Feeling things intensely again, relearning to connect and reconnect, our vulnerability and what we've been through. Overwhelming anxiety and relearning how to process and sit with things that feel deeply uncomfortable and difficult. Haven't really 'done' much but feel like its been the most challenging month of recovery for us in a year. Hope you're all doing ok ❤️

Anyone have any advice on how to overcome anxiety, overthinking and agoraphobia? Or like, being in the grip of fears around taking a path that other people havent... feeling pretty low and not sure how to bring ourselves back from it.

Phew! New EP mastered, artwork, vids and uploads done. Broke even on the comic last week. Has been hectic few months for us with a lot of challenging things to deal with (amnesia walls, unsafe people in our circle) but things are really starting to look up and move in beautiful ways. Thank you to everyone here who has supported and encouraged us, literally cosofam saved our lives and it means the world to us to still be here ❤️
