Anyone have any advice on how to overcome anxiety, overthinking and agoraphobia? Or like, being in the grip of fears around taking a path that other people havent... feeling pretty low and not sure how to bring ourselves back from it.
I can have bouts of agoraphobia..
last time that happened, I started forcing myself to walk everyday.
and the more I did it, the more I wanted to do it... even on the difficult days.
I can't promise it will work, but that did work for me.
@lilyunsub I've worked through EMDR with some success.
