Dad died today. He fell, hit his head.
Don't... don't really know how to feel or process it.
Daughter never got to meet her grandfather.
He never got to see who I've become.
I don't know what to do...found out at work and I'm still at work closing tonight. They offered me to go home but I just don't even know if that would help.
I have no idea if I can even afford to go to his funeral.
Don't know who I'm really trying to talk to right now. Just talking.
@lacuda Ohhh I am so sorry. Keep talking if it helps! π
@lacuda so sorry for your loss

πFirst, I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a parent sucks and especially suddenly. I hope that when the shock wears off and things settle in, that you are able to tell your daughter about the Dad you knew and how he would have loved her.
I hope that your memories bring you peace. ποΈπ
Wow. So sorry for your loss. Grief is a confounding state. It's okay to keep talking. Please keep talking. Please. And know that even though the collective We of CoSo may not have "met" yet, We genuinely strive to support each other, especially through hardships such as this. It's how We roll.
i'm sorry for your loss. so suddenly, very difficult.

@lacuda Iβm sorry. Lost both my parents in the 90βs and none of my kids ever got to meet them. My son has a picture of them. I donβt know why he keeps it out in his room. I try to share stories with them so they know something and I can remember.
@lacuda I am so sorry.
@lacuda I'm so sorry to hear this, I do what you got to do to get it out and let it out
