I wonder if the US military has a plan to disable all 6K Russian nuclear warheads before they are launched or reach their target.
It would be a crazy plan where even a 0.01% failure rate causes 6 cities to be destroyed.
This would be a plan that would have taken decades to deploy:
- Hidden artillery bunkers near each launch silo
- Infiltrated command structure
- Remotely disable-able missal launch controls
- Hacked missal guidance software
- Hacked military communications infrastructure

Possible roadmap with a positive outcome:
1) Russia takes Ukraine and is sealed off from the rest of the world
2) Countries fund the insurgency that picks apart all logistics within Russia
3) Russians are starving by the millions
4) The US negotiates relaxation of the restrictions in exchange for nuclear weapons
5) Russia is de-nuclearized
6) Russia is broken up into many smaller states
7) A program is implemented in each state to create a local identity so they never re-group

I spoke with my 96 y/o mother this morning. She told me that her maternal grandfather was conscripted into the Russian army to fight in the Crimean war. He walked back home to Lithuania with a colleague. He then married that man's daughter when he got home.
Apparently my very existence is based on Russian brutality.

"Russian controlled areas" is doing a lot of work here. For the most part the Russians only control the ground they're actually standing on.
I'll do a short mini thread on this...
The Eastern MD/ABN grouping is where the massive traffic jam is. The ABN units there are decimated and Category III Siberian units are cautiously moving south around Kyiv, randomly shooting civilians along the way.
