The PIP setting is for Picture in Picture, so that's what you need to edit.
If your navigation buttons are not working, you may have a faulty monitor.

The setting is usually on the monitor. You might try unplugging it from the wall. Otherwise, you need to figure out how to activate the Menu on the monitor and deactivate that setting.

You may also have activated a screen-in-screen function where two sources of the video can be sent to a single monitor. One would be in a little box and the other would fill the entire screen. That would explain the No Signal message.
