Yes, but probably not, initially, as a cohesive invading entity.
There will be a lot of sabotage and terrorism that the Russian security infrastructure will not be able to mitigate. Eventually it will fall.

All hypothetical, of course. But, if it does happen I can say "I told you so!" 🙂

The Russian state would have to hold together following this war in order for that to be plausible.
I'm expecting some dissolution, however slight and lengthy that puts it under the control of invading forces.
Or we all die in a nuclear holocaust.

Putin's final group of security forces will be glad to take it as payment for their services. This is why he's going to last a lot longer than we think - barring an extraordinary event or well-executed conspiracy.

If the Russians are not guarding every rail bridge throughout their country, they will almost certainly be targets of sabotage. This should be an end-game tactic that the US and EU should covertly support.

The challenge will be to get the information out that they were successful.

Disrupting their internal logistics will have serious consequences for Russian citizens - especially in cities. Food will run out fast. That would destabilize their government.

Imagine standing in front of a thousand people. All of them are staring at you. Then they all drop dead.
Then, you get up in the morning and one thousand new people are staring back at you and standing on the bodies from yesterday. Then they all drop dead.
Do that for 2 years.

That's COVID in the US alone.

There is a big difference between productivity and efficiency.
Productivity: One person does more.
Efficiency: One person gets the same job done with less.
Productivity increases effect on the company and will often only happen if the employee is motivated.
Efficiency doesn't ask any more from the employee than the baseline.
Productivity creates revenue opportunities.
Efficiency increases margin.

I'm expecting the terrorism to come from outside of Russia.

I'm surprised we're not seeing terrorist strikes within Russia.
There are plenty of angry people and plenty of funding to support them.
Maybe it is happening, but there are no western journalists still reporting outside of Moscow?

In your defense, most people believe they are above average.
I was surprised about NYC - thought it was lower.
