I'm surprised we're not seeing terrorist strikes within Russia.
There are plenty of angry people and plenty of funding to support them.
Maybe it is happening, but there are no western journalists still reporting outside of Moscow?

If it happened, it would serve Putin, not Ukraine. So it would be more likely a false flag. But that would me he would have to admit there is an actual war going on.
I'm expecting the terrorism to come from outside of Russia.
