If the Russians are not guarding every rail bridge throughout their country, they will almost certainly be targets of sabotage. This should be an end-game tactic that the US and EU should covertly support.
The challenge will be to get the information out that they were successful.
Disrupting their internal logistics will have serious consequences for Russian citizens - especially in cities. Food will run out fast. That would destabilize their government.
