@SaltyVeruca Yep. They've tried iron supplements, magnesium, antihistamine, the works! They don't know either.

@ACG2 Yeah me too! They can't say we didn't try every living thing, though! πŸ˜‚

@BillieBun @Heavymetalmotherindisguise That's interesting. I had a very abusive childhood too and I am 65 too. I wonder if trauma is a factor?

@ACG2 I haven't eaten anything with sugar in it for two years now. I check every label, on everything, and only eat natural food. Meat, veggies, and berries. So I really am trying it all!

@process I grew up in South Wales. I hear you there! β˜” πŸ˜‚

@BillieBun @Heavymetalmotherindisguise Gosh, the poor man. And you! That's a nightmare, trying to deal with that all the time!

@stueytheround It likely is but I've never yet found anything that stops it.

@Heavymetalmotherindisguise @BillieBun And then, when the legs get warm, it exacerbates the problem. So I have to be able to stick my feet out of the covers all the time. Which means cold feet often but it's the only thing that helps sometimes.

@stueytheround I know, right? I can honestly feel the arms and legs "twitching" inside, all the time!

@Heavymetalmotherindisguise @BillieBun I have one! The only problem is, with the Fibromyalgia and arthritis in the hands, I have trouble lifting the darn thing! It's heavy!

@JV3MJD Well if they hadn't actively blocked the legislation to stop them, it would not be needed!

@BillieBun Honestly, I've tried everything too. Exercise, elevation, magnesium, iron supplements, everything... NOTHING works!

@stueytheround Seriously. You get sooo very tired and sleepy, but every time you start to nod, the bloody legs wake you up again. "you think you're going to sleep, huh? Stitch this!"

Oooh guess what? The sun is trying to come out! Bit cloudy, but no rain! Getting the laundry out in the wind, even for an hour will help! Yay! It's the little things. πŸ˜‚

Is there a cure for night-time restless legs yet? FFS. Every night. Every, damn, night, until 2 or 3 am!! Last night was until almost 4 am! πŸ’€

@process Europe's deaths at the time were TEN PERCENT that of Ireland's! Their governments basically said, "there's a need, we'll worry about anything else after."

@process I mean, it started as famine because of the blight. it continued as genocide.
