Morning all! Great sleep last night! From 2 hours the previous two nights to 7.5 hours last night! In the words of James Brown... "I feel good.. I knew that I would now.." A good sleep makes ALL the difference, doesn't it?

@SaltyVeruca Same with my hoarse voice. 6 years it's been. They've tried everything from different asthma inhalers, to treatment for GERD, and cameras down the throat - they have come up with no cause whatsoever! I am a medical mystery!
