@YouInMyEye Oh I go to bed! I even switch the light out at a reasonable hour. Then it starts... restless legs, cramps, pain, and so on... and repeatedly having to sit up again until finally crashing asleep in the wee hours, if I am lucky! I even get up at the same time every day, to try to help. Nope.
Be thankful for each new morning. It gives us energy to start over and face whatever comes.

@process @FrankCannon @q00w2 Having grown up in Wales, moved to Scotland at 18 years old, having spent a lot of time with American and Australian folk, my accent is a real mix! The place I live has its own quirky accent too, so that comes out now and then. But it's funny, people still say to me, underneath all the mix, I still sound Welsh! I think it depends who I am speaking with at the time. I tend to mimic theirs a lot! Quite naturally, without trying.
Good Morning good CoSo folk! Well, it's been a very odd 6 weeks. Upheaval after upheaval, anxiety upon anxieity, but, finally, it's all settled down. Disability payment sorted, stair lift sorted, scooter on order. And I am back in my own bed! Last night, I slept like the proverbial log! Sound! All night! π ποΈ β€οΈ
