Ugh, my lower back is killing me today. Woke up at 3 am with it in pain and it hasn't eased yet, despite codeine and Ibruprofen. The pain is actually making me nauseous. Not often this happens but when it does, whoo boy... 😩

IKWYM.. Yesterday I was playing with the dogs, the floor was slippery, my socks had no grip, and down I went. For a few minutes I just lay there thinking about that old commercial where the woman cries out, "I've fallen and I can't get up!"

@homebird Best money you'll ever spend, consider this the bible of back pain, why? Because some of these maneuvers are so effective it's amazing in getting you out of pain quickly, I hope you feel better soon.

@homebird For me, ice (nerve) or heat (muscle) often help.
Aspercreme makes a roll-on lidocaine that's helped me when my lower back gives me grief. Maybe it will help you?
