Ugh, my lower back is killing me today. Woke up at 3 am with it in pain and it hasn't eased yet, despite codeine and Ibruprofen. The pain is actually making me nauseous. Not often this happens but when it does, whoo boy... 😩
@homebird You too? I bent down to take something out the freezer this morning and that was a mistake. I hate being over 40
