Ugh, my lower back is killing me today. Woke up at 3 am with it in pain and it hasn't eased yet, despite codeine and Ibruprofen. The pain is actually making me nauseous. Not often this happens but when it does, whoo boy... 😩
So sorry to hear this, Homebird. I hope you get some relief soon, but if it starts to concern you, please check in with your doctor.

@JoyfullyDazed I will do. I am going to sit with a good back support for a while, and lay down if necessary. For now, I am trying to move about so as not to allow it to get too stiff. Thank you. ❤️
