they remember people for generations too, how i don't know.

but one fellow who hurt a crow as a kid and was harassed by them after that, moved away for years, but when he came back, the crows in that neighbourhood remembered and harassed him.

or so his story goes, but i believe him. birds have been around much longer than we 🕰️

i was able to get more crops by repacking the mycelium in new medium, in my case moistened newspaper packed tightly together and layered with moistened cardboard.

it worked well until i moved it to the garden hoping to have a regular supply. found out squirrels love mushrooms, especially oysters☹️
