The administration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris is the first in forty years to repudiate neo-liberal “trickle-down” economic policies.

Me: Because he was trying to tear down the building but there were tenants who didn't want to move. So he wanted to flood the rest of the building with homeless people to scare them out.
