As a general rule of democracy: If one candidate is selling scam NFT trading cards of himself as an astronaut, a soldier, any Founding Father, a deity or any alleged offspring of said deity, and/or various musclebound superheroes replete with eagles, flags, and automatic weapons, yeah, vote for the other guy.

A woman who threw hot food at a fast food worker was sentenced to 90 days, or...she could choose 30 days in jail + 20 hours per week working in fast food service.
I know this judge and worked his courtroom many times. Always tough but exceedingly fair. I think he crafted this sentence perfectly, and I may just send him an email to let him know I think so. 😀

I found myself in my home office tonight, and I didn't love it. I am there too much, and it has lost much of its appeal. It did inspire me to create a little jingle to the tune of "Oh What a Beautiful Mornin'":

seriously? looks to me that youtubetv is manipulating my feed. i was watching msnbc on yttv then changed to prime to watch a movie. switched back to yttv and was dumped into a football game. not only do i ever watch the nbc channel i got dropped on but i don't ever watch football. lo and behold do i switch back to #msnbc and the awesome #Periodical documentary is on. i guess testosterone doesn't like competition
