@process The freak storms in my area earlier this year made our lake reappear for the ~fifth time since it dried up in 1899. And on top of that, the storm brought strong enough winds that it caused my power line to snap. Weather is only getting more and more intense.

@elbutterfield Thanks. I know I can, I've done it before. It just gets harder to do as time goes on. I'm quitting cold turkey after 12 years. (minus like a month I quit back when I was just out of hs) It kills my need for sleep when I quit, so I wind up with 2-3 hours of sleep and feel fine. I'll take that over the 200 bucks I spend on it a month.

Just quit smoking cold turkey. I'm about to have like two hours of sleep a night for the next month.

@artemis I generally am really skeptical about most things. I guess it just so happened that I knew a bit more about a few of the things that were presented. Would be nice to see what I missed so I can go look into them a bit more.

#CoSoArt I've been getting myself to do more art lately. Cranked this one out in about two and a half hours. Too bad there isn't too large of a market for horror style artwork.

@artemis Yeah I noticed there were some that played on the conspiracy theorist points, and some were much more benign random statements that sounded like normal announcements. I tend to enjoy looking into conspiracy theories and other oddball things people talk about so I guess I'm already primed to know the difference between misinfo and not. Fun little survey.

Just watched a firefighter spot someone using a fountain that went well above the limit. He marched down there with a purpose lmao. Quickly fallowed by another, then the truck.

@artemis The site it's hosted on is abysmally slow, but 16/20 with neutral distrust/naiveté. I blame the missing 4 on the fact there are some things on there I just never heard of.
