The fact that Armenia now recognizes the jurisdiction of the ICC means that they are expected to arrest Vladimir Putin if he sets foot in Armenia.
The ICC believes that Putin could be held individually responsible for war crimes committed in Ukraine, and the court therefore issued an arrest warrant against Putin earlier this spring.

Over a hundred Ukrainian towns and villages near the frontline in eastern Ukraine have been shelled by Russia since Tuesday. This is stated by the Minister of the Interior of Ukraine, Igor Klymenko, who speaks of the worst artillery shelling so far this year.

Kharkiv and Kherson regions were shelled overnight Wednesday, according to local authorities.
