Users can advertise there stuff in posts but if it becomes spamming, every single post is an advert, then it violates T & Cs or if that account only posts stuff that is clearly seen as advertising, like signing in specifically to post an advert, and nothing else that is also a violation

The account in question does neither that I can see after looking at the posts made previously to the amazon one
