@th3j35t3r Grand used a reverse engineering tool developed by the US National Security Agency (NSA) to disassemble the password generator’s code. - then done the time hack tricked the system into believing it was 2013 to generate the same passwords lol genius

More a flaw in the password service RoboForm

He figured out that if he was able to trick the system that it was the moment in 2013 when the password was generated, then it would recreate the same password.

RoboForm password generator has since updated its platform to improve the randomness of its tool, meaning the time-based hacking approach no longer works with passwords created after 2015.

decade-old flaw in a password generator allowed hackers to recover lost crypto fortune

“I generated the password, I copied it, put it in the passphrase of the wallet, and also in a text file that I then encrypted,” the wallet’s owner, who chose to remain anonymous, said in a video published by Mr Grand.

"While RoboForm’s passwords appear to be randomly generated, they’re not. With the older versions of this software, if we can control the time, we can control the password.”

Hacking time itself 😏 now that's cool

Security researchers have cracked a password to recover over $3 million of bitcoin that had been stuck in a crypto wallet for 11 years - The password was a series of 20 upper and lower case letters, as well as numbers, that had been designed to be as difficult as possible to crack.

UK watchdog looking into Microsoft AI taking screenshots(the article Microsoft lied in and bbc tech journalist believed the lie) 🤷‍♂️

@Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine

AI overlay just showed on my Android device earlier its just annoyance and more clutter but just like the google ads I managed to stop showing from search, and YouTube ads showing from vids, where there is a will > there is a way, no more AI overlay lol

I might not necessarily create these workarounds but I will find them 😆😂

In the new screen, you’ll be presented with your existing options.

Tap Add Search Engine.

Fill in the name with AI-free Web and search string with google.com/search?udm=14&q=%s

Tap save

Choose Settings > Search Engine. “Google Web” will show up in the Recently Visited section.
Once you select Google Web you’ll no longer see the AI overviews in search results through the main search bar

Firefox mobile browser you can do this

Open Firefox and go to the three stacked dots in the upper-right corner. Select Settings.
Select Search. In the new window, you’ll want tap on Default Search Engine.

The good news is that there’s a workaround site called tenbluelinks.org, which aims to make it easier to rid the web of unwelcome AI overviews on mobile.

To quickly change Chrome (or any mobile browser that supports custom search engines) on Android you just need to visit the aforementioned site from your mobile device. From there:

Open a new tab and search for anything in Google. This step can’t be skipped.
Next, tap on the three dots menu in the bottom right corner.

Googles AI overlay is a pesky creature but unlike desktop workaround Unfortunately, blocking Google AI overviews on mobile is a much more difficult prospect than on desktop.

There’s no support for plugins, and while you can technically select a custom search engine, you can’t add the necessary filter string yourself.

@Keep_Real there will be far to much political pressure not to jail him right now and not just from his party of supporters from dems also in the background

He's still in the running sending him to prison is playing into his narrative that he is being attacked for political purposes - fining him and letting him lose in another election will be seen as many as the best way to go and put a stop to all his BS - even his most loyal support would likely take a step back after he losses again

BTW Trump ain't gonna end up in Jail he'll get a fine

No way he's gonna be jailed for this its a pipe dream to think he will

For Trump’s critics, this outcome is justice served.

To his supporters, this verdict makes him a martyr.

Within a few minutes of being convicted, Donald Trump's Truth Social account was posting fundraising requests

Trump fundraising email asks: 'Is this the end of America?

@ucantstop_me surly they can only send msgs to approved numbers though?

I don't think they can just send msgs to anyone they would need to give the numbers to get pre-approved before they can send msgs the owner of said numbers would be contacted & asked if the person can send msgs - ik that's how it works here in Scotland

That said I'd hazard a guess if someone is sending msgs to intimidate or threaten someone its more than likely gonna be a device/sim that's been smuggled in
