@Keep_Real there will be far to much political pressure not to jail him right now and not just from his party of supporters from dems also in the background
He's still in the running sending him to prison is playing into his narrative that he is being attacked for political purposes - fining him and letting him lose in another election will be seen as many as the best way to go and put a stop to all his BS - even his most loyal support would likely take a step back after he losses again
