At Jim Acosta's CNN show, guest Jason Willick brought the argument that Trump is disqualified to run again as per Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The section specifically lays out that those who have been involved in insurrection are forever banned from running in pubic office. The issue may find widespread approval among Blue states while Red states my try to litigate it, but this issue is rather interesting and could raise a big division in politics.
