@codeWhisperer Twice for sure and I think four times. I teach high school so it's become a job hazard for us.
@danielbsmith Wow. Sorry to hear.
@codeWhisperer Interesting.
@codeWhisperer had it once. Was so mild I didn’t know I had it until my completely asymptomatic hubby was diagnosed at a Dr appt. I took a home test was was positive also. It was like my Spring allergies came early. I did suffer some long Covid symptoms for months…fatigue, brain fog and dizziness.
@NorCalCherylLyn 😢 Sounds terrible. I was quite sick at about the time it started in the US, but assumed it was bad cold/flu, so I'd have to pick that last option in the poll for myself.
@codeWhisperer I know a lot of people that would be in that category. Never tested but had all the symptoms or had it too early for a test.
@NorCalCherylLyn @codeWhisperer
I'm in that category. I was extremely ill in Feb 2020 (I'd had my flu shot, but I've had flu before and this was different). Lots of lung involvement. Couldn't get tested.
By April 2020 I was diagnosed with asthma, tachycardia, and clubbed fingers. My doctors assume I had covid. I'm still dealing with all those issues.
@Agatha @codeWhisperer oh no…that’s awful! The toll Covid is taking on the Nation will be felt for decades. So sorry you’re left with this to deal with. 😞
Seems like there is so much we don’t understand about the long term effects yet.
@codeWhisperer
I have to go with undiagnosed as it was in March of '20 and the only questions I was asked were "Have you been on a cruise? Have you been to China?" before double pneumonia was diagnosed instead of the "new flu".
I have never been so sick in my life.
