Kenneth Chesebro, an architect of Donald Trump’s bid to subvert the 2020 election, has had his law license suspended in New York.

A five-judge panel from a state appeals court ruled Thursday that Chesebro’s guilty plea in Georgia last year merited the indefinite punishment. In the Georgia plea, Chesebro admitted to filing false documents during Trump’s bid to overturn his loss in that state.

@sirgeefive I know you don't want to hear this but... *if* Merrick Garland had sued him, instead of leaving it to PA, then we'd already *be in* federal court and this particular delay tactic wouldn't have worked.

So, didn't show up in court today on the $1 million dollar lottery case. The case moves to federal court. Attorneys seek to have it remanded back to state court.
