So, #Elon didn't show up in court today on the $1 million dollar lottery case. The case moves to federal court. Attorneys seek to have it remanded back to state court.
@carmen Delay until after election and it becomes entirely moot. It is a pretty transparent strategy.

@sirgeefive I know you don't want to hear this but... *if* Merrick Garland had sued him, instead of leaving it to PA, then we'd already *be in* federal court and this particular delay tactic wouldn't have worked.
@carmen I agree with you. Nobody wants to hear that Garland abdicated his responsibilities *again*. He did, though.
