The Washington Post means to say Trump is ignoring the law.
Small issue: no agencies are opening any doors to him unless and until he signs the transition agreement, which he's so far refused to do.
@mcfate He has promised to gut fed agencies and he has had high-level staffers without clearances be fore (Kushner), so even if he signs, he's prepared to blow up the govt.
He hasn't signed. He'll have no access to agencies unless and until he does, regardless of what drivel falls out of his mouth.
