Lunch today: Found some homemade chicken broth in the freezer, so I made chicken ramen. Doctored the broth with smoked shoyu, sesame oil, and black vinegar. It's garnished w/ cilantro, scallions, and chili oil with fermented black beans. Hope my flu symptoms respond well to it. Going back to bed.

@Scoop_adw that looks legit! Nicely done. If you don't mind me asking, what type of noodles did you use? - I'm looking for some to help step up my own home ramen game.

Hope the hot soup broth helps you get better from the flu (yuck)!

@fuse still early days, but the functionality is incredible. It is NOT a smart tablet, it's a writing device. If you have specific questions let me know here. I'll probably write up a short blog post in a few days and post to my website.

Yeah, going to have to log out and back in again. Off to grab my !!

@voltronic look what just arrived, that was pretty fast! Can't wait to give some a try later - it came with some fantastic instructions.

@BipolarArtist yeah they are the top two options IMHO. I felt the beat out the by a hair and I wanted the smaller A6 size format. Both are incredible tools. No surprise to hear you (a writer) have an notebook 😉

@whonat if you have questions let me know. I've used an iPad and stylus for some time, but this is totally different - as close to pen and paper, as the real thing.

I'm loving the quality and functionality of my new A6. But more than that, I'm loving how analog it feels despite it's digital capabilities. It's pen and paper on steroids - the lines between analog and digital are indeed blurred. I love how the UI, features, and functionality fade into the background, leaving a simple, elegant writing and drawing experience.

@ATXJane thanks! They're not really playable sticks, more of a keepsake for all the seniors. Two years ago my son graduated, so I did all the senior boys, this year my daughter graduates and so I'm doing all the girls. I hope they cherish them. I have to have them finished and strings all the heads before senior night two weeks away!

Getting ready to burn names into handmade wooden lacrosse sticks for my senior ladies. Did this two years ago for the boy seniors.

@ExecutiveFunction404 ain’t gonna lie, it was my best one yet. The broth makes it!

Day off today, so had time to experiment with my home cooked 😉 Ordered some ramen soup concentrate from Amazon, and had some left over pork ribs. Put it all together with a soft, jammy, boiled egg and the result is exquisite, and silky-smooth! Next step is to source some really good ramen |

@b4cks4w only day 2 for me, not sure on the native file management formats. It's Android behind the scenes. I'll dig in and update here - LOTS of in-depth videos on the YTs.

A few pics for comparison and size of my new Nomad (A6x2). This is fantastic at being only and notebook and does not try to be a smart tablet. Writing feel and recognition is just like paper (trust me, I was a technical illustrator back in a former life).

@Graci that's fair. The Green household gets Wholefoods peanut butter vs regular brands - it always has oil settled on top and needs to be stirred, I'm assuming you are not in that situation?

The very last few scoops at the bottom of the jar at the best of the whole jar!!!

@GaryPoole nothing to see here.... move on please!!

Funny how AI struggles with handles, fingers, and things like that fork-spoon-knife thingy. Also the salt/pepper grinder on top of the phone is weird 😉

Morning all. Current status: and coso while notes on my new Nomad - which is incredible BTW. This may well be the last notebook I ever use.

Hehehe! @IRNMKE3 and AI threads make me happy. I like the new images @amarand
