@chad_key makes sense and I love some bone broth. #Ryze isn't a mushroom supplement so much as a drink replacement. It contains #caffeine and is designed specifically to replace #coffee. I take daily lions mane capsules as my #mushroom #supplements, and have thought about adding some others.
