@th3j35t3r
While we wait for a proper response, everyone pick a libguide link for a librarian(s)'s guide to being an champ information consumer, not a chump:

v.gd/J0p1vK

*NOTE: shortened urls can be danger mouse. I did this to appease the CoSo defenses. v.gd is an ethical shortener, read about it at the jump off.

The link is a duckduckgo search.

@redenigma Also doves, various other ground-feeding birds.

Sigh. I will so miss raking.

For hours.

Every day.

For weeks.

@jjmacnab
Nah. Not buying it.
And not buying from KFC, nor the rest of the group: Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and The Habit.

@agitated_trash
Had such a class, with an in-class exercise where one ringer student was tasked to manipulate a group's decision. First pro, then con.

Was trivially easy.

@ninjacooter I need more than "oops". Nothing leaves a multinational corporation's marketing mouth by accident.

Heinous.

KFC is owned by Yum! along with Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and The Habit

I won't miss any of them.

@hfinyow I totally get that. Huge fan of sticking with what works.

@hfinyow :elbowbumper: System76 Pop!_OS FTW.

I use (rarely) virtualbox, haven't noticed that issue so...not gonna be helpful here. Boosted it to maybe catch some more eyes. Also S76 support is pretty great, give 'em a shout?

Hey CoSo tech....anyone out there use VMWare on Linux? I've used VMware for 10 yes in Windows, now using it o n a System 76 laptop running PopOS. Only annoying thing is that any OS update that modifies the kernel means you need to recompile some of VMwares libraries. I know that Linux is DIY, but this is crazy. Also thinking about trying out Gnome Boxes to see if it runs Windows on Lius more efficiently.
PS Loving the longer posts here.

Did you know that a red tide is a sign of an out of control ecosystem that will kill the fish, coral and other animals that normally live within it?

Not trying to be an ad but hoooo that Penzey's cinnamon is whole different thing. Had this jar a while now and it still fills the whole kitchen.

@Madken65 Morning Brew is repeating WaPo and IMO it's sloppy. The primary source interview (translation) is linked.
Russia withdraws its troops and takes them to the internationally recognized borders of the Russian Federation, stops attacking the territory of Ukraine from its territory. After that, we sit down to talk with the Russian government about the consequences of the war, about post-war relations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation

@Render is this waste of a perfectly good beer for real?

How Can a Glass of Beer
Demonstrate the Quality of a Tank?

@th3j35t3r I'm reading that the feature he demanded on pain of firing had requirements changed prior to release. If those devs didn't already leave, they will.

@Alt_Human nah I get this. All it takes is one Tina Peters to leak the counts ahead of the election for whatever reason and at the very least it potentially motivates peoples decisions.
