Greene (R) Georgia's ("uniquely demented") amendment to zero out support fails

Spartz (R) Indiana is confusing me but seems to want Congress to control $$$ -- which is after all their job if only they would do it.

Balart (R) Florida using his closing to bash Biden -- says abandoning Ukraine like chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Rogers (R) Alabama in strong support (Chair of Armed Services Cmte)

Waltz (R) Florida NOT in support because NATO or something. Couldn't find his point.

Another naive question: how do the physics of a small mass HE FPV drone vs a massive armored tank work? Is it the proximity of the HE explosion setting off munitions in the tank? Is there a particular anti-tank munition?
The tank wreckage confuses me.

"The comments came after French President Emmanuel Macron recently said that sending Western troops to Ukraine cannot be "ruled out" in the future.

"The presence of NATO forces in Ukraine is not unthinkable," Sikorski noted, saying he had appreciated Macron's initiative.

"Because it is about (Russian President Vladimir) Putin being afraid, not us being afraid of Putin,"

Ukraine's on course to taking out half the adversary's Navy. Imagine what they could do with sustained help.
