@Smersh it is. Arthur, ND. Population of 328. Made his money by mortgaging inherited farmland, created a tech company then sold it to Microsoft. Also is the founder of the Kilbourne group, a large real-estate development firm that’s been gentrifying downtown Fargo for the last 10+ years.
