Using up some of the last of our beef quarter. Making grilled beef pinwheels with garlic, shallots, blue cheese & spinach š¤š¼ with grilled zucchini on the side.
Not sure if this ārecipeā (itās not a recipe, Iām going off what I gleaned form the internet) is going to work out but Iām not one to back down from a challenge.
Grrr I swear the wind comes up 50% of the time I try to grill. Our apartment buildings create sort of a wind tunnel for northerly winds. We manage though.
@annamuneca we call this brasciole or involtini in Italian. We usually stuff with breadcrumbs and cheese and make it in tomato sauce but you can put all kinds of stuff inside. Enjoy!
