Not sure if this “recipe” (it’s not a recipe, I’m going off what I gleaned form the internet) is going to work out but I’m not one to back down from a challenge.
@annamuneca we call this brasciole or involtini in Italian. We usually stuff with breadcrumbs and cheese and make it in tomato sauce but you can put all kinds of stuff inside. Enjoy!
@annamuneca my dad made it with boiled egg, prosciutto, and shredded mozzarella when i was a kid in the 70s.
Grrr I swear the wind comes up 50% of the time I try to grill. Our apartment buildings create sort of a wind tunnel for northerly winds. We manage though.
