Well they’re done. Shortbread cookies dipped in 60% cacao chocolate & crushed pistachios.

I used to be much better, more organized, & create a more...visually appealing outcome when I used to bake in the past. I stopped for quite a few years. I enjoy it but we have such limited space that I don’t do it as much as I used to.

Oh, those look SO good.
As I've gotten older and prefer less-sweet desserts, I've come to appreciate shortbread more. Nothing like a good buttery, crumbly shortbread.
