Just got back to Philly from a few days in Nashville for the You Got Gold concert at the Ryman Auditorium. It honors the memory and work of my favorite singer/songwriter, John Prine. Lots of great guests made for a really special concert. Bela Fleck, Shawn Colvin, Rosanne Cash, Todd Snider and Jackson Browne all did Prine songs. Great night and an event I'll go to again if I'm lucky. It was Jackson's birthday as well!

Ethical dilemma? Two MAGA talking on Discord, one lives in Central Florida, directly in the path of Milton. They are debating whether to evacuate or not.
The other MAGA assures them that they should stay put so FEMA doesn't confiscate their mobile home and take it for illegals. More insanity and lies go on for a bit.

@CJLavoie I live in Bucks County, PA. It is the exact opposite here. There's lots of Trump and Felon signs on people's properties and very few Harris/Walz. But there are even more houses with no signs. I was lamenting this fact to a friend and he wisely said, "Signs don't vote." He's right. There are probably more We Support Ukraine signs than either candidate. That should be a good sign for Harris.

I've been a gun owner for 30 years. Every time a Democrat gets elected, moron right wingers claim that "They're coming for your guns!" Funny thing is, I still have my gun. No one has come after it. Not Biden. Not Obama. Not Clinton. I'm not worried about Democrats taking my gun. I'm worried about Republicans taking my Social Security.
