MTG's weather-control malarkey rips the veil off the stupidity, paranoia, superstition, and snake oil of the extreme right.
HAARP, chemtrails, orbiting lasers–it's dressed up as a belief in non-existent technologies, but what it really is is a a belief in magic. They think there are sorcerers walking among us who can pull hurricanes out of the sky with a snap of their fingers.
They also believe that they can defeat these almighty wizards through YouTube videos and tinfoil.
