Do newspapers still have proof readers?

So OJ died. I was reading an LA Times article about Simpson and spotted a major Freudian slip. See if you can find the problem.

The press works him into every story.

Now they have no where to go other than to try to frighten the populace about scary immigrants that they refused to legislate an answer to solve. What an uncomfortable spot they're in now - all of their own creation.

It was my belief that Republicans would never actually overturn Roe v Wade. It was a perennial winner for them every election cycle with the fundamentalists. Of course, once Trump appointed three of those fundamentalists to the Supreme Court, they lost that issue as a point to run on. Turns out the issue couldn't continue to win elections for them seeing as how the majority support choice.

Damn skippy.

The downfall of the gop in 24’ will be underestimating the anger of their opponents. They think bodily autonomy is less important than a border wall.

Caitlyn Clark is just amazing. What a gamer! Got to be happy for the Iowa team!

@WordsmithFL yeah - that's good. It'll help get the focus on how women continue to lose rights in Florida - should help turn out a lot of angry women and men that love those angry women!

Twainism: "The trouble ain't that there is too many fools, but that the lightning ain't distributed right"

@opie Burns reminds me of a young Charles Barkley so many years ago - he has that same aura!

Fun watching NC State v. Duke in the NCAA tourney this afternoon. Love an underdog!

@SaltyVeruca @clong I just read that the Eagles opener in Brazil is being broadcast exclusively by Peacock. God, that's annoying.

@SaltyVeruca @clong thanks for the follow up. Any mention of Peacock?

@janallmac @NorCalCherylLyn they were in for nearly a million dollars in labor and physical capital that were installed in an Atlantic City casino. The USA Today did a story on their company's demise. Very sad. Oddly enough my friend's dad was a Republican committeeman in a local town where they lived.

Hey . I haven't done this in a few months, but I've noticed that the funding has been getting a little more challenging each month.

Storage, compute, bandwidth: not free.

will help everyone keep the lights on and keep this the place it is. You won't have an algorithm shoving content down your throat. It won't ever be a thing you have to pay for, but if you can, throw in a few bucks to keep the lights running and @th3j35t3r (somewhat) sane.

No guarantee on that last one.

@NorCalCherylLyn A high school friend of mine ended up having his family's third generation cabinet business bankrupted by that SOB. The company went under, over a hundred people lost their jobs and Trump would only pay pennies on the dollar. Trrump hid behind lawyers and depleted the company's resources.

@nonayadambidnes @misterfive it's one of the things that Pete Buttigieg does so well. I'm guessing he won't be guesting on Fox too much between now and Novermber.

@DevinY1 is it just because TFG is in bed with an investor?

@DevinY1 why do Democrats want to make this an issue before an election? Seems to be a prime issue to sway young voters rightwards. And why just Tiktok? There's lots of really bad venues that are dangerous.

@LnzyHou @danalan @Luber905 @J_dubs I have a GoWise air fryer and love it. Use it for all kinds of things - meats, potatoes, veggies.
