@WordsmithFL believe it or not there are two retail outlets in Pennsylvania near where I live that are Trump stores. Those commercial properties have a fairly high rental price. Someone went to a bank and had to get financing with a business plan to open these places. The number of "don't blame me" and "go Brandon" flags has gone down significantly. The base isn't buying anymore.

@rphlegm there's definitely similarities. One is the club champion at a golf course he owns (he cheated) and the other won a Heisman that he sold.
