Welp, the Trumpist Fifth Circuit Court just struck down the FCC's Universal Service Fund -- god forbid poor / rural voters have equal access to them there fancy Internets. That entire circuit needs to be flushed like a cockroach in a toilet.

These wretches would literally agree to droit du seigneur if they thought they could gain from it.
@DavidSalo That would be a really simple crochet project -- basically a smaller, less fully stuffed draft stopper. The trick would be choosing a yarn that didn't get annoying to have rubbing around one's wrists all day...

As a result there are many Americans who actually believe there is carnage in Texas (there is not), that crime is rampant (it’s down from Trump), or that inflation is a nightmare (more nope).
This emotional, “news” has permeated everyone — it’s not just Republicans, it’s everyone (I’ve read the polls and it’s depressing).
Propaganda has the ability to change minds even when the facts say it is untrue. A lie can go around the world while the facts are still putting on shoes.
@feloneouscat That dead-behind-the-eyes faux-hick couch-f*cker is welcome to keep making a fool of himself. Watching him repeatedly try and fail to be memeable is going to be 105 days of deliciousness for me.
