The statue's original mold was lost in a fire, Gary Henson, the sculptor who created several of the original "Five Moons" statues says he can recreate it.
While insurance will cover much of the cost, the museum is running a GoFundMe campaign to cover the artwork's insurance deductible and upgrade the security systems and maintenance for all Five Moons sculptures.
