out of curiosity... are they any actual release systems that can run a quantum algorithm on a quantum system, or is it still "theoretical".

I know there are some Quantum computers, but I think they are limited to 100 Q-bits or less, which last time I checked meant they actually couldn't yet truly run Quantum algorithms in a reasonable time...

Okay so that was freaky.. I submitted a bug report to an open source project last night, and then this morning I did a search to see if anyone else had seen this bug and had a workaround...

I'm for a flat tax...

Everyone (including corporations and banks) should have to pay a set percentage of their net worth in tax.

i.e. The people / corporations who hold 90% of the Nation's wealth should be paying 90% of all taxes...

This is my common approach to attempt to redefine the concept of a "Flat Tax".

Each pays a flat percentage of their net worth.

(This only works if corporations and private banks are included)
