This is my feeling as a white woman and seeing what happened today in TN. I would have resigned if I was that white woman and they didn't vote to expel me yet did the two black men. My opinion tho and I would have done right there.

How does her district losing their voice and that seat remaining open for months help anyone, much less the Justins?

I mean, it's a grand gesture and all but hands the victory entirely to the GOP (they tried to get her to resign to keep her insurance - she's disabled).

@Cosmichomicide they will be replaced by other dems more then likely or simply get re-elected. Also, half the time they arent getting anything done anyway andddddd if their voice mattered to begin with then they wouldn't have had a vote to begin with. Sometimes you have to stand on principle.

In this case, the two Justins will be almost immediately appointed to fill their old positions. Her district not so much and it would likely sit open until an election. Not a slam dunk district.

The Justins are in full support of her not resigning. That's good enough for me. I don't need her to throw herself on a pyre.
