I can see how this could be very helpful for people with PTSD/CPTSD. It sounds like it's basically about rewriting the neural pathways (ruts and patterns of thinking that our brains fall into). Sounds a heck of a lot more helpful than CBT, at any rate, since you're not expected to gaslight yourself.
