I'm struggling with that middle part of the story now. Guh. I hate this part of the process SO MUCH.
But I persist!

@VenessaG I know how you feel. I wrote ninety thousand words on a first draft and then totally lost it. I'm rewriting it, but I keep getting so frustrated feeling like scenes I had down really well are now clunky and amateur. I feel like I'm struggling ten times harder to get a hundred words down than I was to get a thousand. Ugh! Hang on to that persistence!
